Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)

You can request the deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary (e.g., unsubscribing from the newsletter).

You can object to the processing of your data, especially for direct marketing (newsletter).

Right to Restriction

You can request that we limit the processing of your data while a dispute or verification is resolved.

Managing Your Data

Since Brain Brutalism does not have user accounts, your data is limited to:

Newsletter Subscription: Managed via Beehiiv. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

How to Exercise Rights

Direct Contact: Send your request to dpo@brainbrutalism.com.
Identity Verification: For security, we may request verification that you own the email address in question.
Processing: We process requests within a maximum of 30 days.

Exporting Data

If you wish to export your subscription data:

Email dpo@brainbrutalism.com with the subject "GDPR Export Request".
We will provide a JSON file with your stored preferences.

Deleting Data

To delete your data:

Use the "Unsubscribe" link in any newsletter email.
Or email dpo@brainbrutalism.com with "GDPR Delete Request".
